  3. Course Consumption: To be eligible for a refund, the course content must not be consumed more than 20%. This means that you must not have viewed more than 20% of the course material, including videos, lectures, quizzes, and other content.

  2. Verification: Our team will review your refund request to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Cancellation:
For monthly subscription plans, users have the option to cancel their subscription at any time by themselves. Once a subscription is cancelled, the user will not be charged for the next month, and their access will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
